Shipping
The shipping costs will be added at checkout. The costs can vary refering to destination, scope and amount of your order. The deliverer is DHL, a tracking number will be provided.

Germany: free | European Union: 10 EUR | Rest of the world: 20 EUR
Small prints (14,8x21cm/6x8inch): Germany: free, all other countries: 10 EUR

Orders within germany normaly take one week to reach the recipient. For orders shipped within Europe, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days since the order is in transit. For orders outside Europe we estimate 5-14 workdays. Please consider that sales tax and custom duty can occur, oblique to region and local custom duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Prints are packaged in sturdy square tubes. We ensure all artworks are carefully and securely packaged for shipment.

Return policy and transport damage
If you are not content with your purchase you can return the order in original state and wrapping within 14 days.
The purchaser must accept the cost of the return postage. Please contact us before returning any orders. It is neccesary to include contact information with the return postage and deliver us with a tracking number. We will pay back legitimate returns after receiving and checking the state of the returned order.
We do not take responsibility for any return customs charges made. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product is lost or you find upon receipt that the product has been damaged in transit, you should report this to us instantly. All orders are insured.

Quality
Please note that the colors of the artworks may differ from those on the screen. We try to capture the colors accurately, but every monitor is calibrated differently. The artwork leaves the studio the way Julian Rentzsch intended. Most prints are archival quality Giclée prints, signed and numbered on the front or back.
Preferably place the artwork framed with a glass protection on a dry space away from direct sunlight.

Copyright
By purchasing an artwork, you become the holder of the physical item. The copyright remains with Julian Rentzsch. You are not allowed to edit or reproduce the image without the written agreement of Julian Rentzsch.
